Liquid Breakfast

WOW my housemate just bought a blender thing recently, and I made a smoothie this morning and it was amazing!

I made a berry smoothie. It was lovely and filling and hopefully healthy. This was my recipe, which I invented.

One frozen 200ml tub of vanilla Forme yoghurt (low fat and sugar), stabbed and poked into smaller pieces.
100ml or so of skim milk
handful of frozen berries
half a banana
a teaspoon of honey

WHIZZ and ready
yum. so gooood - I never knew how good home made smoothies could be!
