I have no tip offs, but if you're really keen you could look on realestate.com and find rentals in places that look somewhat abandoned. We checked out a very shall we say "weathered" looking house for friends of ours from Brisbane and ended up taking a whole stack of photos. No one goes to the inspections because the houses aren't in great condition so you'd be free to snap away!
